We can deliver your silver purchases anywhere in the country, indeed almost anywhere in the world. Our careful packing will ensure that your purchases reach you in perfect condition. Whether delivering around the UK or abroad, all goods are covered in transit by our own comprehensive insurance policy backed by Lloyds of London. FedEx is our preferred shipper for goods being sent abroad and we are not liable for any local duties and taxes at the final destination.
We offer FREE SHIPPING for all online purchases of £500 or more. Shipping costs for purchases under £500 are charged as follows:

We offer a simple 14-day no-hassle returns policy for online sales.
If for any reason you wish to return your goods, we offer a no-quibble refund or replacement within 14 days of purchase. Just let us know by email or telephone as soon as possible and the goods must be returned in the same condition as bought from us.
You can bring your goods back to our shop by appointment or, if you are returning the goods by courier or post, please make sure to use a fully insured, fully tracked, method of delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund your original delivery or return delivery costs.
As long as the item is in the same condition as when it left us, we will refund the full cost of the item. Once your goods are returned, we will be in touch to process your refund according to your original method of payment. There is often some processing time before a refund is made.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for the following:
- Custom, bespoke or made-to-order items;
- Pieces acquired by us for you in specific response to a request where those items are not normally available.
